Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Refunds
1. Shipping times and costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, before confirming your order.
Estimated delivery times

The times indicated are estimated and not binding , although they represent the normal delivery times, and may vary depending on the destination and the courier used.
2. Shipping methods and tracking
During the purchase process, the customer will be able to select the shipping method available for their destination.
Once the package has been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive tracking information via email, where available .
3. Customer Responsibility
3.1 Accuracy of shipping data
The customer is required to provide correct and complete delivery information when ordering and to check it carefully before confirming.
Any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete data are not attributable to the Seller.
Pursuant to current legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer only upon delivery of the product .
4. Incorrect, damaged or non-compliant items
In case of receiving incorrect, damaged or non-compliant items, the customer is invited to contact the Seller within 3 days of receipt .
To facilitate the management of the request, you may be asked to provide:

a photograph of the package;

a photograph of the contents.
5. Missing goods
The Seller cannot be held responsible for goods declared missing if they are correctly indicated:

in the Transport Document (DDT);
-
in the commercial sales document.
6. Refusal of delivery and failure to collect (storage)
6.1 Voluntary refusal of delivery
In case of voluntary refusal of delivery, the refund will be made only after the goods have been returned to the warehouse and their integrity has been verified .
The refund will be made net of the outward and return shipping costs , which are calculated as a flat rate of €10.00 .
6.2 Failure to collect (storage)
The customer is required to cooperate in the successful delivery.
If, after two delivery attempts, the package is placed in storage and is not collected within 5 working days of the first attempt , the contract will be considered terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code.
In that case:
-
the order will be cancelled;
-
a refund will be made net of shipping and return costs , equal to €10.00 .
The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated via email.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product , pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Asia Bellucci offers an extended 15-day return policy , regulated in the “Returns and Refunds” section, which forms an integral part of these conditions.
In case of return:

only the value of the goods will be refunded;

Shipping costs, customs duties and return costs are non-refundable.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer, within the terms established by current legislation.
Please do not return the products without first contacting the Seller .
