Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products made through the Asia Bellucciwebsite(hereinafter, the “Site”).

The Site is owned and managed by Grimers Srl, with registered office in Piazza Aspromonte 26, 20131 Milan (MI), VAT number 14434540960, PEC: grimers@pec.it(hereinafter, the “Seller”).

Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products, imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by the Seller through the Site to consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are bags and fashion accessories.
The essential characteristics of the products are present in the respective product sheets.

Images are for illustrative purposes only; any differences in color or detail may depend on the device used.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in Euros (€)and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated separately before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the customer will be charged the price indicated at the time of the order.

4. Purchase methods

To make a purchase, the customer must:

1. select the desired products;

2. add them to the cart;

3. fill in the required data correctly;

4. confirm the order and payment.

The order confirmation constitutes a contractual proposal.
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending of the order confirmation by the Seller.

5. Payment methods

Available payment methods may include Klarna.
In case of payment via Klarna, the payment relationship is regulated
also by Klarna's terms and conditions, available on the supplier's website.

The Seller does not store complete payment card data, which is managed directly by the payment service providers.

6. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Estimated delivery times are generally between 2 and 6 working days,
unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet or during checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the courier used.
The Seller is not responsible for delays attributable to force majeure or third parties.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 daysof receiving the product, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

Asia Belluccioffers an extended 15-day return policy , which is detailed on the “Returns and Refunds”page, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Returns and refunds

The methods, conditions and any exceptions relating to returns and refunds are described in detail in the Returns and Refunds section, available on the Website.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformityprovided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has the right to have the product restored to its original condition, to have the price reduced, or to terminate the contract, within the limits established by law.

10. Responsibility

The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or interruptions of service not attributable to fraud or gross negligence.

The Seller's liability remains unaffected in the cases provided for by law.

11. Intellectual property

All contents of the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, graphics) are the property of the Seller or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)and applicable legislation.

13. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to applicable law.
