Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. Throughout the year, we offer discounts and special promotions: stay tuned for our exclusive offers!
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary by destination. In Italy, delivery generally takes 5 to 7 working days. International shipments can take 7 to 16 days. You will find all the details and tracking information for your shipment in the order confirmation email.
Is the bag handmade or factory-made?
Each bag is handcrafted in our workshop in Naples by artisans with many years of experience.
Are the handbags really Made in Italy?
Yes. Every AxB Asia Bellucci bag is designed and handmade in Italy by leather artisans, using selected leathers and traditional Italian craftsmanship. No production step is outsourced.
Can I return or exchange the bag?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Start the procedure from your customer area or write to us: we'll take care of everything.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Store the bag in the included dust bag when not in use, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat sources, and clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For suede, use a dedicated brush. Leather is a living material: small variations in color and texture are part of its character.
