Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of products through the website Asia Bellucci (the “Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by Grimers Srl, with registered office at Piazza Aspromonte 26, 20131 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT No. IT14434540960 PEC: grimers@pec.it (the “Seller”).
Access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchase of products, imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by the Seller through the Website to consumers pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time the order is placed.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are bags and fashion accessories.
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Any colour differences may depend on the device used.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated separately before order confirmation.
4. Purchase procedure
To place an order, the customer must:

confirm the order and payment.
The order confirmation constitutes a purchase proposal.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation email.
5. Payment methods
Payments may be made using the methods available on the Website at the time of purchase.
Payment data are handled directly by the relevant payment service providers.
The Seller does not store full payment card details.
Payments may include Klarna. In such cases, Klarna’s terms and conditions also apply.
6. Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are generally between 2 and 6 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or third parties.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the products, in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Asia Bellucci offers an extended 15-day return policy, governed by the “Returns and Refunds” section, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Returns and refunds
Conditions and procedures for returns and refunds are detailed in the “Returns and Refunds” section available on the Website.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages or service interruptions not attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Intellectual property
All Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be used without authorization.
12. Personal data
Personal data are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
