How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship within 24–48 business hours. Delivery within Italy takes 2–3 business days via tracked express courier.
You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders within Italy. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Can I return or exchange the bag?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Are the bags really Made in Italy?
Yes. Every AxB Asia Bellucci bag is designed and handcrafted in Italy by skilled leather artisans, using carefully selected leathers and traditional Italian techniques. No stage of production is outsourced abroad.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Store your bag in the included dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat sources, and clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
For suede, use a dedicated brush. Leather is a living material: slight variations in colour and texture are part of its unique character.
